Christian Education at Hope Lutheran
Education at Hope reflects the "family" nature of our congregation. This is a church where the gifts of many people are employed, sharing in the teaching of many of our members.
Our Sunday Church School is offered from 11:00 am to 12:00 noon. Classes are available for elementary and junior and senior high youths. In addition, our Adult Forum has many members taking turns leading the discussion. Also, many of our members take turns in offering leadership for our various classes, which are run in a friendly, family-like nature.
Our Elementary students use a curriculum that covers the Bible in one year. Our junior and senior high students are looking at pop culture and our Christian faith.
In addition to our Sunday morning offerings, learning opportunities include a monthly Bible Study through Hope Lutheran Women, Advent and Lent "Soup Supper" learning events, and participation in a variety of Lutheran "Days of Dialog."
