NEW YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

Hope members Mike Givens and Sarah Christman have spearheaded a new young adult ministry among our local four congregations, Bethlehem, Grace, Noble Road, and Hope.  Typically they are meeting at 2:00 p.m. every Sunday afternoon for bible study or other Christian-oriented conversation; but they are also doing just-for-fun things as well (like a recent Mardi Gras pancake supper and an Oscar view-a-thon.)  Currently, about six young adults are gathering, they’re meeting in each others’ homes, and the host is deciding on the topic of the day.  The well-organized group has even developed a Facebook page!  Visit at http://www.facebook.com/groups/527416720613718/?fref=ts
