Youth of Hope

Our congregation provides many special opportunities for all of our Youths in elementary, junior and senior high. We hold occasional meetings for them to decide for themselves the directions they would like to take. They meet for one or more gatherings per month for fun, service, learning and fellowship.

Activities have included attending a variety of productions at the East Cleveland Play House, mid-winter Lutheran Youth Organization gatherings of 400+ Northern Ohio Youths, Walk-a-thons, retreats, fundraising projects, picnics, and advance planning for the triennial national ELCA Youth Gathering.  Hope Youths will join 37,000 other youths from around the U.S. July 18-22, 2012 in New Orleans for “Citizens With The Saints”, a hands on learning, serving, and praising Lutheran youth event.
